Suite 2 - Queen Bed, 32"TV/DVD cable and extended basic, CD/Clock radio, full bath, living room, kitchen with table and built in desk, tile and carpet floors and wireless internet. Suite 4A - Bedroom with Queen Bed, Living Room, Sun Room, 32" TV/DVD, cable with extended basic, CD/clock radio wireless internet, gym quality exercise bike, shared bathroom with antique bathtub and separate shower stall, shared kitchen and deck with patio furniture.
Suite 4B - Bedroom with Queen Bed, 22" TV/DVD, cable with extended basic, CD/clock radio, shared bathroom with antique bathtub and separate shower stall, shared kitchen and deck with patio furniture.
Combination of Suite 4A and Suite 4B - These two units share space together and could be rented together by a family, business or friends.
We are located on the corner of W. 5th Ave. and Adams Street in Downtown Hutchinson, Kansas. We are directly across the street from Dillons Market and across Adams Street from a full service laundry. What could be more convenient? We are also within walking distance of downtown including Reno County Court House, Fox Theater, Restaurants, many stores and businesses.
